Any US Bank customers here?

I'm asking if any y'all have anything good or bad to tell me about US Bank.

We're looking at moving all of our accounts out of our current bank because they're failing miserably at getting a new business account setup.

I'm not a fan of US Bank for a business bank. We banked there in the past and there is too much red tape to get things approved. We are at a smaller local bank now. We have access to the decision makers, and can get a fast yes, or no on line of credit, or lending questions. The big banks are a pain in the ass.

Some things "changed" this summer at my local bank..... Just an FYI and a question for you to ask future banks...........

I suddenly was required to get a "security number" texted to me when I went online to check a balance or pay a bill Next I was forced to go to a branch every 6 months to change my password.......... After 6 months of going back and forth with several people at the bank (CEO, Owner, Tech support, etc) and several other time wasting request... I figured out the banking software vendor for the bank was forcing people to allow "tracking cookies" to be placed in their computers. None of the many other financial institutions I used were doing that. Bank rep's will swear they are following all of the banking rules and regulations..... Of course their vendor does not have to follow the rules.... Of course banks "track" all of your financial transactions, that's their job... Sharing is pushing the envelope of being trust worthy.... I know, there is no more privacy.... Unfortunate state of America.

I'd give them a 8/10. Been using them since 1995 for business checking. Did use them for a PPP loan, they were 10/10 on that.

They have my mortgage and it was way less hassle once I applied with them.

Can't say the same about Citizen's bank and I'm sure there's others on that same boat.

Thats why I used Bank of America, the head of criminal orgs, but now theyve fucked me twice and its war.

closed a checking account and they stopped sending alerts on my credit card balance until it was two months over due and that dropped my credit score from 824 to 750.
