I have used this powder for 185 vlds out of a Gap Crusader mag length. Am getting 2700fps. With 1/4 groups out to 520 yards. Was just curious as to whether or not any body has tried these with the 155 scenars or bergers or any smaller match bullet. I bet they are screaming....... My barrel is only 22"

Aimsmall,
I just started trying this powder out with 155.5 Berger Fullbores. Started out 46.5gr and worked up, that yielded 2940fps, topped out near 3100fps, with over 49gr. Accuracy was there. I need to do more testing.

This was shot out of my F/TR rifle.
R700.
30in Bartlein 5R 1-12tw. Only 60 rounds thru so far.
Lapua brass
CCI BR-2.

Hope that helps.

I've tinkered a lot with 2000MR and have a huge spreadsheet with data. Below are some of my best loads with the 168gr bullets. I've shot the 150gr Sierra 2190 but, only one load so far with the results below. All results are with a stock 24" Remington 5R milspec rifle.

150gr Sierra 2190 seated at 2.820 OAL - Federal case, Winchester primer, 50.5 gr 2000MR. Velocity was 2918 fps. 1" group.

168 gr Hornady Match seated 2.865" OAL - Federal case, Winchester primer, 48.5gr 2000MR. Velocity of 2775 fps with groups under 3/8". I tried loads from 46-49 gr of 2000MR with no pressure signs anywhere. This was the best load.

168 gr Hornady Amax seated 2.87" OAL - Federal case, Winchester primer, 48gr 2000MR. Velocity of 2768 fps with groups around .4" (5 shot). I tried loads from 46-49 gr of 2000MR with no pressure signs anywhere. This was the best load.

I have more loads than I want to admit using 175 SMK & 179 Amax. Good luck. I love this powder.
