Just did one today and wow does that sucker have some small screws. They are as small as the head of a pin. Had to actually sharpen a set of mini phillips heads to get them out. But in the long run I saved a freinds 2 week old iPhone 3GS that he dropped from about 1 foot off the ground. If anyone breaks the glass on one let me know and I can give you some info.
