I had dinner with a bunch of Swedes last night. The assault weapon thing came up.

I brought up Betos claim of banningrifles that shoot rounds that destroy human tissue.

I asked what a moose weighted? They said around 500+KG


I Discussed how a moose rifle could kill a moose with one shot and asked how many moose guns kill Swedes? With the exception of suicide, basically none.

I explained that many states will not let you hunt a deer that weights 150 pounds with an AR15 as it is under powdered.

Why does it make sense to ban an AR in .22 caliber but not moose guns?


We then focused on the people who attack others in Sweden with hand grenades.


It became a fun conversation. Politicians are tricking people. With a little logic you see that the issue is not a gun, but the culture problem where murder is Ok

Have you had any logical conversations with people who know nothing about guns?

I've had several conversations with people who know little to nothing about guns but only a small % of them are for banning guns. The rest have just never been given an opportunity to shoot one. I always offer and actually have had many takers who had a most excellent time....even when I break out the scary black gun
