It's not a statistical impossibility by any means. The reality of Trump is that he galvanized a lot of voters, on both sides of the aisle. Vote counts went up substantially in nearly every state, not just battlegrounds or Biden states, but in Trump states as well. As an example, in my state, which Trump won by a good margin both times, turnout was up more than it was nationally. It was a function of turnout, which has nothing to do with how many people were added to the country. Did the changes to voting laws regarding mail ballots etc make this possible? Of course it did. But that is separate from fraud. You can talk about how you know it and you are sure, but in fact that is bullshit, you just want it to be that way.
Also, I am not a never Trumper, and I did not vote for Biden. And I think the explanation is not that Biden was the "most popular" ever, but that Trump was the most divisive ever, and drove nearly 100% of the turnout increase.

I've actually explained why Benford's law is not applicable in this situation. Basically, in trying to use it to describe precinct sized results, it can't hold because the number of voters in each precinct is too small for the law to hold. This is well established pre and post the 2020 election. It is easy to understand if you simply realize that the average precinct turn out in the US is about 700, so if you have a number starting with one for one candidate, you will necessarily have a number starting with five for the other candidate. Making 5 and 1 equally frequent. It just isn't the correct population type for Benford. In other words, assume that Benford holds for Trump in a count of precincts in a state, then it can't hold for Biden because of the size of the precincts, and vice versa.
