Armageddon Gear add fill?

Anyone try to get in contact with Armageddon Gear? I dunno if they were elsewhere, but I would have guessed they'd have their customer support in office.

But I have a python bag I adore, just looking to get a little more fill in the bag. Has anyone ever tried to have service like this done, and has AG done it for them?

I've found their customer service to be great...but I live near the factory and go to church with Tom so I probably have a bias.

This is also true. There’s not really a big front office, especially if they are traveling to a match or whatever.

Adding fill is relatively simple. Go to crafts store - hobby lobby or Michaels; or send wife to it. You are looking for poly-fill. It comes in 1lb bags.

Open sewed seam and add poly-fill to desired feel. Sew shut seam - simple.

They Python uses a mix of light and heavy fill materials, and neither are poly-fil. OP might want more light fill, more heavy fill, or more of both.

Makes a ton more sense, but I called a few minutes ago and got an answer. For the python bags, it's Shannon's intent to use to straps to tighten to raise or lower the height. I'll mess around with it more, and I'll let them know if I really do want to add more fill. (Highly likely.)

Yeah, I use the straps on mine a good bit to adjust the bag and get the density right, but I can see where some people would want more fill in them. I will say that I thought the fill was a bit then when I first played with mine, but making minor adjustments to the straps helps a good bit.

I have found the Python to actually be a pretty handy rear bag as it can go low to the ground or elevate so quickly. Awesome when panning across a field of steel!
