So I decided to remove an adapter and replace with bird cage flash hider.
Device rocksett on, no problem.
Place muzzle down in butter tub of water in a corner overnight.

Decide to work on it 9am, no water over threads? No wet spot or leak?

Labrador walks into room, I go check dogs water bowl thing,
Empty.

9:30 start over with full dog water dish and gun dish.
Gun dog not gunsmith dog.

Red rocket removed.
51t adapter came off .
5 hr soak, nope rocksett held.

Put it in a large butter tub boiled water poured it in tub, spun right off 15 minutes later.

Good deal. Glad it was easy.

Kinda wished you had posted a “how do I” thread so we could have our 2019 round of a 7 page thread arguing about how to remove a muzzle device locked in with rocksett.

I say leave the red rocket.

I can admit to a little chub when working on guns.......
