Most "Journalist" an many, many others have had to become under the desk swallow'ers to allow their 'Life" styles to be maintained. If you look at the amount of people in this country that can not live past their coming pay check, that is an of it's self why more an more are in hiding.
Then you have the next largest group that could not make it past 6-12 months w/o a check. The bulk of those now speaking up everywhere are not those who bought into the keeping up with the Jones life style an live/d within their means. All that look at me shit comes at a price, that price is called freedom, you know the freedom to tell the truth no matter when an where, or tell your boss to fuck off anytime you want. You/I see it here, many want to say something but are cowed because of their job an so much debt, an because if they lost that job they an their familys would suffer.
If you dig or dug a hole like that, whose fault is/was it? Your wants over your needs would be my guess, but us old folks know nothing so, take the aforementioned with a grain of salt,... while I lick myself in the corner.
edit to add, do you think allowing fools to get so deep in debt was by accident, design? Do you believe CC companys an Banks issue cards to allow you to enjoy life or keep you swallowing at work to try an repay? Most in this country think they are free, yes there are some but the bulk sold their ass out for no reason but,... hype. Remember like anything else once you start swallowing it gets easier, then at some point you will truly think it's normal.
