i had one become a ground burst when it didnt get enough lift. i was a kid at the hill in lawrence ks at KU outside the stadium. i was far enough away and didnt get hurt, but a few got burned when it went off. looks like the people in the video didnt use the right size tube to give it the lift it needed

I live out in the country, so I'm happy every 4th of july. Who needs the tubes to shoot them out of? Cheap, colorful grenades.
