I just received my can a few days ago, I went to the range and brought 20rounds to sight in and chrono. I used the same loads I was shooting before and noticed I gained about 40 fps and started flattening primers and had a sticky bolt. Is this normal?

Thanks in advance.

Yep. It can be normal if your unsuppressed load is near max for your rifle. I had to drop back 0.3 gr on a 308 when I put the can on there.
