Rifle Scopes Base and Rings for Razor HD HD 5-20 50mm EBR-2B

I have decided to purchase the HD for a .308 build (first build). It is a short action M700 on a McRee.

Which rings and mounts do you fellows recommend?

I've got mine sitting on a TPS 20 moa base using Vortex rings. You can get the rings for about $149. 35mm rings are spendy. Haven't used it that much yet though.
