Been thinking about building a 6mm SAUM

Thoughts? Anyone ever put that much burning powder through such a tiny hole?

Do it! With your resources, give it a shot and report back. I'd assume it would be extremely over-bore and go through barrels like a fat kid through cake.

Don't kid yourself. I'm not that cool and I have no time and little money lately. I was just looking at a SAUM case and a 6mm Creedmoor and thought to myself... 6mm SAUM. The barrel would probably only have 5-800 good accurate shots I think.

I can not think of a purpose either. Whats a 6mm SAUM going to do that most other 6mm's don't all ready do.? Burn barrels.? Whitetail would be screwed though.

KYS is building one. Hopefully he will chime in...said he was hoping for 3700-3800 with mild pressure...may have to order a reamer...
