After reading through the hearing loss with electronic muffs thread, I'm considering getting a can for my gun sooner rather than later. While I'd really like to get a TBAC 30P-1, with my meager wage of $20 a week (I'm a high school student, so I can only work part time), I won't be able to get it any time soon. So what's the best can for the money. I'm looking for least accuracy impact, repeatability, and then sound suppression. I don't need it to be QD, just direct thread 5/8-24 UNEF 3B for the can.

Technically you can build your own suppressor at 18 using a firearm trust (or individual Form 1 if you can get a CLEO signoff). The restriction is on transfer of a non-rifle, non-shotgun firearm (the silencer) to an individual under the age of 21 from a dealer (essentially, the 4473 portion of the process, not the ATF NFA approval process).

Alternatively, you could look around and try to find someone within your state who is interested in parting with a used 7.62 can. Check classified listings on various boards, and be persistent. Most cans aren't worth much in the used market due to the $200 transfer fee (If you buy a can for $800 new, even if you ask $400 the buyer winds up paying $600 total). Find someone who wants to upgrade from a direct-thread to a QD system, and offer them a few hundred bucks for their suppressor. As long as it's a Form 4 from a non-licensee to another non-licensee within the same state, you're fine.
