You can just never tell it seems.
Honestly, when you're ready to buy, take 30 minutes and call the 3 or 4 Hide vendors here and ask for their LE pricing. It will be 30 minutes well spent.
I would also suggest you always ask to speak to someone who has the authority to make you the best deal on the rifle. Depending on where you call you might get a "helper" who is going to quote you full MSRP and you should be able to do better than that. Always let them know 3 things....LEO, Hide member, ready to buy.

Exactly. I called all of the AI dealers in the US and two of them would "price match" others, so I got to choose the lowest price and who I wanted to deal with.
I ended up buying from SRT Supply, but the gentleman who I bought from no longer works there.

you could also try tacproshootingcenter.com I have found them to often be a bit cheaper on new stuff.
