Bestparts on GunBroker sells defective parts and does not stand by their products. After trying to fit the op-rod on 3 different rifles, I sent bestparts an email. With no response for a month, I sent another email in which Bestparts finally answered. He started our communications as if he wanted to rectify the issue, but said he had to communicate with his supplier. I emailed him numerous times to get satisfaction, but he stalled repeatedly until the 90 day limit GunBroker expired on the listing. I even suggested that I could send back the part, he keep the money and just send me something of equal value. Nothing! Once GB deleted the auction from view (and rating), Bestparts accused me of fraud (switching parts). I emailed GB’s customer service and got no response from them either. I will not buy from this person ever again.

Stop buying shit from the flea market of guns. It's like a terrible gun show but you can't hold what you are looking at.
I bought a couple rifles from GB but only from sellers with MANY positive feedbacks. As far as getting help from GB, good fucking luck, they dont even reply to emails.
At least here if you get something fucked up, you usually have the address to go rectify yourself. Fuck gunbroker!
