Had some blood work just done and got some eye opening numbers in cholesterol I was hoping for some advice on

HDL was (the good cho) was 26 mg/dL
LDL (the bad cho) was 53 mg/dL
non HDL 241

trigycerides were 2000 mg/dL

So Im confused, LDL is the bad cholesterol looks like i’m in great standing since anything less than 100 is optimal, i don’t have enough good cholesterol but I have tons of fat in my blood a magnitude difference from mormal almost 10 times
resting heat rate at doc was 59, but high blood pressure

can drinking hard past few days prior effect the blood work for the trigyceride levels that much ?

If you had very heavy drinking it could cause an elevation like that. If you are overweight, have diabetes or hypothyroidism it could also cause high triglycerides. High triglycerides are associated with many things but the big ones are pancreatitis and cardiovascular disease. Ultimately staying away from alcohol, losing weight (if applicable) and managing any other conditions (diabetes for example) will improve. I would start the above lifestyle modifications and schedule a follow up appointment with your doctor to discuss your results and how they factor into your overall body of health.

It's possible that the drinking could have affected your triglyceride levels, but it's hard to say for sure.
As for your HDL, it's definitely on the low side, but there are foods you can eat and lifestyle changes you can make to boost it.

Did he get a handle on it ...LOL .. Triglycerides was BAD @ 2000 mg/dl, way back in ( 2017 ) in the #1 post ..... he dead probably now with pancreatitis if he did not get a handle on it.
A non HDL ( ratio of good/bad cholesterol ) of less than mg 130 normal .. higher # higher risk of cardiac disease .
- Don't know that much about the subject , it just that wife is ( Fucking Lab Geek ) blood Tech for 30 years, and always trying to stick me and run my blood.

Mine is a train wreck, after they took the blood test they said....ahh you know blood is suppose to be a liquid right? The blood pressure is very high as well, and the oxygen in my blood, that stupid thing they stick on your finger on a good day it is 85%. Perhaps that is part of the "weird" problem.

Issue is I am 5'7" and weigh in at roughly 150. I ain't fat, and I am fairly active. Dr has a cow over the numbers sends me to a heart guy. Says guess what you won the genetic lotto....just the way you are. But here are some pills anyway. They bring the BP down to "normal" levels but I get dizzy, so they are breaking me trying to fix what I see as a non problem.

One surgery I had they said we can't operate your BP is too high, you could stroke out any minute....how do you feel. Fine, I want some Fried Chicken.

All chronic disease is caused by metabolic dysfunction. There’s some crossover between these because they were started by the same guy but start reading and don’t stop until you reach the bottom of these sites.
