I've not had any luck with this Company. I've sent emails and tried calling numerous times on a purchase that I placed on Feb 5th. No response and I'm tired of it. Anyone else have problems with this California Company? Just looking for an OD green UBR. WTF OVER! Sorry for the rant...

Here is how you do business with Botach .
1. Call them
2. When you get someone on the phone tell them what you want and ask them if it is in stock .
3. When they tell you it is in stock ask them to go and actually put their hands on it . This will be responded too with a heavy sigh but they will do it .
4. When they come back and say yes it is ask them to please verify that they actually saw the item you wanted and not something else .
5. Pay with your credit card so you can dispute the charge if they don't deliver .
This is the method my Pard and I use as they generally have good prices but shitty Customer Service .

I emailed them telling them to cancel my order and shut my card off. Should have researched them prior to this FUBAR. JP Enterprises has really helped me out. They don't answer the phone much, but they do email. Make that 95.1% jasonk

THree years ago one of my former Soldiers orderd boots from them. He received the wrong size not once, but twice. Sent them back with a decent letter requesting a refund since they could not get the order correct. He then called(No contact) over a period of two months. E-Mails went unanswered. He finally gave up and was pissed. We now tell everyone to not buy from them because, well, they suck ass. Not just any regular ass, but big, fat, sweaty nasty fat chick ass, the kind that reeks of spaghetti an ass cheeks ass

JP is one of the best out there. Email is a great way to get a hold of them as they are busy as hell building guns. They do answer phones but so often the lines are full and as a small company there are only so many folks who can provide all the answers.

I guess I will consider myself very lucky, I bought a LWRC off gunbroker from them not long ago and the transaction went very smoothly. Maybe because it was a firearm.

I ordered an Eberlestock pack from them for a school I had coming up. Figured a month would be ample time to get it in and play with it before the school. Well after 2 weeks I started getting pissed cause I didnt hear anything. I texted, called, emailed, 1 week goes by no response, same process over again, finally got a response. They said it was backordered and they would get it to me as soon as it came in. Need less to say all of a sudden two days later it arrived at my house. The only reason I didnt cancel my order is they were running an offer for like 20% off. That is a good saving when your ordering something that is 300+ dollars. Not sure if it was worth the hassle. I wont order from them again.

damn, I deal with them on the regular, and not once had a problem. In fact they have called me to let me know that an item is backordered and to see what if I'd like to wait or cancel my order. They have two sites though for whatever reason. I use Botachdefense.com maybe my time is up on this next order...

Me too. Jewell's that haven't failed, good dealings with Botach & Midway... Guess I'm in the minority with them all
