Thanks to an exhaustive effort, the Republican Party Opposition Research Branch has conclusively determined that Joe Biden is a direct descendant of an American folk hero. When asked for comment, Biden said that his creepiness was genetic and that due to family history he was inevitably out of step with the times. “ I feel like I have manners from the 40’s that are quite frowned upon today,” Biden said. Biden was admitted to the Delaware bar in 1969. Biden received student draft deferments during this period, at the peak of the Vietnam War, and in 1968, he was reclassified by the Selective Service System as not available for service due to having had asthma as a teenager.
