We needed a slightly non-standard delivery and one company simply ceased to communicate with me.

I made the purchase on Sunday and the shipment was booked the same day, the units were dispatched on Monday morning, arriving on Tuesday afternoon. If the guys from AK shipped any faster, I would get my Kestrel before I ordered it and that would be spooky.
Everything was perfectly wrapped and packed, the box had a perfect note for the delivery.
My recommendation: if you want a Kestrel, buy it from allkestrel.com - perfect communication, excellent service and sweet price. I wish all businesses had such a great customer service.
