Well.

The situation is changing and 15 years ago most homeless were severely mentally ill, unmedicated, and many had addiction issues of some sort.

While I feel compassion for the mentally ill, you put me or my family at risk by pulling a stunt like this (or any other), you will have plenty of hospital time to get help for your other issues.
