-one inch tube, only 40 MOA total elevation adjustment. BUT, does come with a 20MOA mount. How good of quality that mount is..who knows.
-calibrated turrets are a personal preference thing, with most people not liking them. (Nothing a piece of masking tape around it with MOA markings can't fix...but then, why buy a scope with a feature you don't like?)

-100 moa adjustment range

I am a huge Nikon fan...when it comes to my hunting rifles. They have amazing glass for the price...but lack other features. I'm assuming, since you didn't ask for other scope opinions, that you only want one of those two? If the money isn't an issue, and you're not a fan of calibrated turrets, then you'll like the Mk4. Great, proven. If you decide the money is a selling point, the Nikon will be a good scope, but without a 20moa mount it'll be iffy getting you to 700 (depending on ammo, your gun, and how lucky you are with the adjustment center is when mounting.)</div></div>
Actually I was gonna send the Leupold back to get calibrated turrets lol, so theres a little more money involved with that. I currently use a Leupold VX 3x9 on my FNAR for hunting and it works great. I just really want something for long range steel plate banging that could also use for hunting. But from what im reading the mount could be the breaking point. I was really looking into a nice QD mount such as Larue etc.
