Rifle Scopes Cattail Ring for Falcone Menaces?

Gents,
Just wondering if anyone knows of a cattail ring for a falcon menace 4-14 scope. The damn mag ring is ridiculously stupid hard to adjust while lying in prone. I think I remember someone on the board creating a bunch of custom cattails, but a search failed miserably.
Please advise.

Here's where you can get the cat-tail rings, but none yet for a falcon or premier unfortunately.
