Gunsmithing cerakote removal

I have a GAP 7wsm that I truly just don't have a place to shoot over 600-800 yards anymore and was thinking out turning it into a deer rifle. I just need to restock and rebarrel it to lighten it up. the action is od green and would like to switch to dark earth when I do the barrel switch.was wanting to know if it's very much work for a Smith to remove the cerakote.

Tear it down, mask off the important stuff, and blast away in the cabinet.

With my new setup it takes 5 minutes to prepare the surface in the cabinet.
