Changing Profiles on Foretrex 701

Hi
I cant change profiles on the 701.
I have 2 profiles on the 701, How do you change profiles, the menu is so complicated.
In the main AB screen, I press "Mark/Enter", a window appears.
I then select "Profile" with the arrows, I then press enter.
A profile appears highlighted, I then press enter.
I can see my 2 profiles, I use the arrows to highlight the other profile.
I press enter and another window appears, I select change profile.
New profile does not load.
What am I doing wrong?

Pretty sure there's a "back button" step in there instead of the Mark/Enter after selecting the profile. I don't have mine in front of me now (at work). But once you get the buttonology down pat, it's pretty straight forward.

Thanks, I have been playing around with it and I seem to have cracked it.
Do you know if the Tempe updates the temperature on the 701 automatically

I believe you have to link it, and then go to environment and set it to automatic (which it will then do every 5 mins). Again, just going from memory here...
