Chargemaster lite- wtf?

Just picked up a new chargemaster lite. The thing lit up once, now the lcd won’t turn on and it’s beeping incessantly.

Any ideas? This is my second chargemaster and it’s not user error. Nothing mentioned in the owners manual or via Google search.

Wonder if it’s on its way out/about to totally shit the bed.

Mine started throwing charges all over the place (ie various weights way different than what I plugged in for it to throw) a couple weeks ago… Then shortly thereafter the motor stopped working all together and it beeped incessantly. It’s boxed up and ready to go back to RCBS.

I Have to call them tomorrow…

If it is still under warranty let RCBS sort out the problem. If it is out of warranty then open it up. Disconnect all the electrical connectors inside and then put them back in place. I revived an original RCBS Chargemaster this way after RCBS was no help stating it was out of warranty and they didn't carry any parts.

I had it about 45 seconds. It’s already boxed up and going back.

Yea.. I use to run 3 Chargemaster lite before. And each one of them I had the black screen of death. Though, if it’s still under warranty, RCBS will replace it right away. They have really great service. As soon as I got replacements, I didn’t open any of it and sold them all.
