A hunting situation like this one, where you are not line abreast, is exactly how I got hit with a 12ga. Thank God it was birdshot. Traveling in a stack like that, you better know the guys your with have muzzle discipline. The downhill guy was lucky he didn't take a direct hit or a ricochet.
Was pretty funny though to watch a single hog make three grown men look like jackasses.

Kinda crazy he was aiming right at his buddy. Luckily the pig dropped before his buddy took a bullet. Sorry but I find that situation totally avoidable. Unless they were completely unaware of the presence of the hog.
