Chargmaster Help

I read through the directions and searched the web a little bit, came up empty. Someone please tell me how to get rid of that god awful beep that it makes. also id like to have to press the dispense button to make it throw a charge, not when the empty tray zeros back out. Thanks in advance

press and hold the ZERO button to cut the beep off & on

press and hold the ENTER button to cut auto off & on
