The runways in Texas are already big enough to land most commercial and private aircraft, and the dirt runway could handle a Chinese-130 and Chinese-130J clone; No problem at all. The Juliet craft is a smaller, lighter, less maintenance intense version of the larger craft. They are designed to fit into smaller spaces; Taking up less hanger and runway space and they do less damage to the runway when fully loaded. There are also other considerations, like range.

A pal sent the above to me yesterday. I'm not sure what to make of it. The Chinese were into the Port of Long Beach in a big way. We're being sold out by elected officials.

Let's not forget about this before everyone says this is just a biden or Democrat thing. To be clear, I'm not defending them, just pointing out that both parties suck.

Australia has port facilities, telecommunications, electrical, mining, farms, airstrips, water allocations, oil and gas, educational institutions and other infrastructure either owned outright or under heavy influence by Chinese Communist Party connections.

It's only recently (last 3 mths) that our elected officials have raised concern with this in the public sphere.

China's influence is on open display throughout the pacific, if one were to drive the streets of Honiara in the Solomon Islands for instance you will see Chinese supervisors overlooking all types of construction.

We've got an leftist running New Zealand who wants to be friends with the Chinese doing her best to be a Neville Chamberlain for our times.

The US has repositioned a lot of its military assets into the region to counter China's growing aggression.
Australia appears to have hit the panic button and realized we need to increase our defence budget to counter the threat.
Could be another case of being found with our pants down.

I believe we will see military conflict with China within the next decade. Always a chance of someone lighting the spark with a lot of military assets in close proximity and someone having the red mist running.

There is nothing that can't be brought in America everything is for sale even your freedoms. They talked about changing the American Flag by some left wing nut, at first your blood boils but it should change to a green flag with the symbols $$$$.
