1926 #2 is one of my favorites
Tried the Oscar Leaf Sumatra based upon a comment in this thread. Very good and smooth. I’m of the opinion that the last third of a cigar is where it really tells you what it is. This one really became smooth.

I like the vintage cigars but little else from RP.
That was was certainly decent.
I bought some vintage 1992s a few years ago. They wouldnt burn and tasted bad. Bad batch maybe.
Ive always had issues with tunneling, burning out, or falling apart on me with Rocky Patel cigars. The only ones I didn't have issues with were the Mexican San Andreas Prohibition cigars and the Gary Sheffield cigars. I really enjoyed those two and wanted to enjoy the others. Just don't want to risk wasting money on them anymore tho.
Working remotely has its benefits....enjoying a liga privada 52 is one of them.

Leccia Tobacco. Sam Leccia is from the Pittsburgh area. He made tobacco labels from different colored wrapper leaves into Pittsburgh Penguin logos. Pretty creative and honestly, much more detailed than the shitty phone pic depicts.
Pro tip: place a hunk of that leaf it was wrapped in between your cheek and gum. There's some vitamin N in there for sure.
After I smoked this one I had to buy the rest of the last box they had in house

I have 1-2 a year, I don't need any more expensive hobbies haha.
Sometimes I'll go to a local shop just to walk around and smell the pipe tobacco in the air and walk through the humidor.
Damn pipe tobacco smells good.

Which opus’s do you have? I find that’s just run of the mill opus that are released around this time every year need a lot more time to ferment and age. Sticks like the forbidden or lost city’s with a date on the band tend to be ready sooner when you scoop them up.

Drove down to Pennsylvania for a oveja negra event. Got met the local rep and picked up a few sticks including a box of 1st release s&r lanceros
Nice easy morning here in TX, just lit up this Undercrown Shade. Been sitting on them for about a year, they were a little tart when I lit one up last time.
