Colombia Mauser Information

I just picked up a Colombia Mauser 30-06
This is what engraved on the receiver

What information can anyone give me. It now has a syn stock installed and the original sights removed and what looks like a leupold base and rings.
What is interesting is that someone glass bedded the barrel but not the action

It is a Belgian Mauser made at FN/Herstal for Colombia. Sounds like the original stock was discarded and someone made it into a sporter.
