Colt Cr6724...

In the market for a target rifle and thinking about this model. Really like a few bolt guns but with Obama knocking on my door I figure I'd better get another AR platform to work with. I haven't seen any bad reviews on the Colt and I already have a 6970 but prefer something with a 24"barrel that my scope won't dwarf. Anyone have experience with this model or a Bushmaster of similar specs? Thanks!

I agree with the above mine will shoot 5 shoot groups @ 100 yards well under an inch. I didn't have to change the trigger as the one on my 6724 was fine,very light and very crisp.

Just ordered a LE6920 SOCOM at a sweet price straight from Colt to my FFL. Also got a decent deal on a Colt 24" upper assembly which I will be trading an older Kimber for. Can't afford two AR's and the Socom I couldn't pass up. Now just need to find a Colt stripped lower that I can piece together with some quality parts. Hope to hit .500 or better 100yd groups when assembled.
