Oh, my guess is that they have some terms & conditions which are similar to that of the DNA test houses - you voluntarily submitted your sample to us, we're not providing a medical diagnostic service per some strict FDA definition (betcha their test isn't cleared by the FDA), and so we're free to sell your info to anyone who will cut us a significant check. Oh, but the data will at least be anonymized in some trivial fashion.

How long was the quarantine order for? Was it longer than the 2 weeks that we're being told this virus needs to die in your system? Was it extended once or multiple times? If so, under what basis? Did she ask for testing to clear herself and was refused? Are her due process remedies cancelled because this is an "emergency"?

I'm not ready to condemn her until I know that.

I had a doctor put a endoscope up my sinus and stuck it through my lamina papyracea (paper thin bone) that is the bone that separates the sinus from the orbital socket (eye). He stuck it into the soft tissue of my eye. I now have double vision and wear prism lenses to correct it. Not all doctors are good. Actually there are more bad than good JMHO.

PS He did not tell me there was a problem. A week after surgery I was driving down the highway and my vision went double. That was a real scary experience. There is a possible surgical correction, but my glasses work so I declined letting someone else possibly eff it up worse

I have a great eye doc and he supported my decision. When I go to him I get to play with all the toys in his waiting room. You see double vision is almost never seen in adults. So it is mostly kids who come come and see him.

I wanna see everyone tested so that we can finally construct a proper Venn diagram of:

A) those who mention the severity of the seasonal flu in every coronavirus thread; and

B) people who had some really nasty virus in November and yet can't believe that it was actually just the flu.

In all seriousness, I can't believe that we are about to use non-cleared tests to perform this screening. Say what you will about the FDA - and there is a shitlist of issues I have neither the time nor patience to explore in sufficient detail - but this may not be the time to perform a broad experiment in voluntary industry compliance by several hundred unknown companies, many of whom are designing and/or manufacturing their kits in China. The potential impact of both false positives and false negatives are huge, and we're going to be shipping kits right from the plant in China to health departments across the US. Should be interesting to observe, hopefully from a distance.
