Who makes a really good inside pants cross draw leather holster with the 1911 at an angle for easier draw? I am right handed and want to carry concealed on the left side.

Good call. Similar to horizontal shoulder holsters, though not as bad.

I haven't used that exact kit, but have used similar stuff. The one at the second link you put in there looks pretty nice.
The leather doesn't scuff up your gun like kydex does, but leather does tend to be thicker-so a little more bulge when concealing. If I were gonna go in the belt with a 1911, I would either go with exactly what you showed there in the second link (classy, comfortable on your skin, and smooth on the weapon) - or a crossbreed supertuck holster, which are a combo of leather and kydex (kydex gripping the gun, with leather against your skin) : Crossbreed Supertuck Deluxe
This crossbreed rig is not cheap, but it is money well spent. - a very comfortable and very concealed carry. (i've done this with a smith and wesson m&p 9c - a gun that is shorter, but fatter than your 1911 i imagine)
I saw this kind of holster, but now I am worrying about the ambidextrous safety on the S&W e-Series Bobtail pistol. Will the safety be pushed off when drawing out of the holster even if the leather is moistened and formed to the safety on both sides?
