So just got an aac blackout to put on my rem 700. 16.5 223. Obviously with an ad barrel you would use a crush washer. And I'm assuming I should use one. Just seeing if its necessary on a bolt gun. No timing neccesary so maybe not???

No, most manufactures do not recommend using a crush washer with their suppressors. Most have ship kits to allow you to properly "time" the QD flash hiders.
Using a crush washer can cause your suppressor to not align properly with the bore. Best case you get a light bullet strike and very poor accuracy. Worst case you ruin you can and hurt yourself or others.
