Rifle Scopes Did I screw up?

I recently just purchased a bushnell elite 5x15x40 for a 300 weatherby magnum. The eye relief is 3.5 inches, and The scope is going on a weatherby mk v. Do you think this is enough eye relief? Or should I go a different route?

Sounds like plenty of eye relief with a good solid cheek weld, but always be sure to use your eye protection when shooting.
