i still see a small # of people wearing masks. crosses gender,age and race groups. the inherent stupidity of our populace is staggering.
And Pfizer is still pushing Covid Clot Shots with a new commercial and a Ramones Soundtrack... Making it look like getting a COVID shot is your ticket to the active life. AND you can get it with your flu shot while also booking online!
I stand by my theory that their lawyers have told them to double down and keep pushing it... because if they stop, it looks like guilt.

i got a call and letter from a university study asking for old people (me) to join it and be experimented on by being given statins to see if taking them would increase life span. i can not imagine a more obvious,lame effort to cash in again on a med class that shows no benefit,documented harm and big profits. will be interested to try and follow results. bet they will be + and then watch the quacks go insane trying to put everybody > 70 on a bunch of them. will esp be a new,latest version proven to be a life extending version with huge price increase. also,prob new "incentives" for the quacks to push that new form.

In the early days of the Polio vaccine, there was an accidental release of vaccines that had (IIRC) live virus in them. Several hundred children were given polio. It was a bad start, but the polio vaccine has been remarkably effective.
Kids and parents prior to its release were literally in fear of the annual summer scourge of Polio. The March of Dimes and Salk’s research saved millions from paralysis or worse.
But for that group of kids, it was a Nightmare.

You're missing the point. Someone has a family member that's going through that and "someone" has to contend with a "tell her no refunds" comment ? The poor woman/family member was in all likelihood threatened and blackmailed into getting the jab in order to keep her job in the healthcare industry. I'd bet she had just about zero choice. She was victimized, just like tens of millions of other people in this country.
The woman and her family members all have my sympathies.
I'd reserve the "no refunds" comments for people like steven colbert and their ilk. Fuck them.

A more nuanced response that makes sense. I didn’t laugh in my sister’s face when she suddenly got 4” a cancerous ovarian tumour after her jabs, not even after I hit fired from my long term job over those mandated shots. She and the rest of my family turned their backs and walked away while I had no job, no unemployment payment eligibility, and 3 kids at home. I speak from recent life changing personal experience. Many here still protect their illusions with their lives.
I'm genuinely very sorry to hear that you went through all that. My response wasn't so much directed at you as it was to someone else. The people that forced the jab on you and so many others are truly evil. I guess you resisted and lost your job because of it (?). Assuming I'm understanding you correctly, that really sucks. Those people need to be in jail. I see where Rand Paul, Tulsi Gabbard and others are going after fauci. They need to. If for no other reason than to make examples of them, if only by making their lives hell. But fauci deserves to spend the rest of his life in prison.
My employer forced the issue, but I was fortunate in that I worked remotely on the other side of the country. So, at the very least, I was pretty low visibility. If they would have tried to force me to get it, I would have outright refused. If they then would have fired me, I would have sued. Fortunately, none of it ever got that far.
I believe that I understand what you mean by "Many here still protect their illusions with their lives". I suppose that the only group that I hold anger and bitterness toward are those that continue to "promote the virtues" of the clot shot, in spite of the mountains of evidence to the contrary. Maybe some percentage of those people fit into your group. I suspect that most, if not all, do fit into your group.
When I was a kid, we grew up being vaxxed against Polio, MMR, etc. Those vaxxes worked. We were all believers in them and I still believe in them today. So, in that regard, I'm not an "anti-vaxxer". Having said that, there is no way in hell that I would ever get any form of cv-19 vax today. But, I firmly believe that if someone wants to get it, that is their right. Just like it is my right to refuse it (and not suffer any retribution or retaliation because of my refusal).
Many people were "forced" into a choice between taking the jab or losing everything. The "American Way" of living in debt up to their eyeballs put them in the situation and their freedom to say fuck no. I think many people that were in that situation are mad because if Americans had bonded together and just said NO then the companies would have had no choice but to give in to the will of the employees. What we saw was individuals taking on big business instead of "unionizing" and winning.
The "No Refunds" doesn't bother me even for friends and family that have died from the jab. (15 so far). Life is about choices. You choose to lose your freedom by being in debt for a lifestyle of either keeping up with the Jones or live within your means and have freedom of more choices. How many people took the jab because they were scared to lose their house and car? A car that they are in debt for 6 to 8 years that sits in their driveway and workplace parking lot for 16 hours a day and most families have two cars in their driveway. Then they pay for a vacation with a credit card.
Even Phil (a member here that was a Mass state trooper) lost his job because only 13 other troopers stood their ground. Imagine if 80% of the troopers had decided to say no? Now imagine if 80% of Americans had said no instead of giving in because it was the easy way.
As @Threadcutter308 said. Fuck big pharma, the government and big business for taking advantage of the people. But, shame on you for being in debt and addicted to shiny objects that you lost your freedom for them.
One of the first Ten Commandments is to have no other gods or worship a graven image. We just found out how many people are worshipping the wrong things and many are paying their life for it.

I agree. Once a guy gets past the personal angst, the real head scratcher is those who continue to support the demonstrably false narrative to their own and loved ones great detriment.
My son & DIL knew what they were doing. But when they gave it to my then 6 month old granddaughter, she had no choice. 
If something happens to my son and/or DIL, well, they made their bed.
