I called Dillon last night to order a replacement part for my Dillon RL550B which had broken. I ordered the assembly and started to give the Rep. my credit card # and he said "No Need" the part is being replaced free. What? Dillon has always rated #1 with me for progressive loaders and I have loaded thousands of rounds on my 550.Excellant service and a company that stands 100% behind their products. Thanks Dillon Precision I have given you a rating of A+++

Yup, they sure do have the best cs! This is one of the reasons why their products cost more then others. It wont matter if your press is 20 years old, they will send you any part you tell them is broken free of charge.

Bar Nune the best cs. I had a primer sideways in the primer tube. No Problem, they mailed me a new tube that day!
