We spent months before the sale trying to determine what we would sell out of and how much of each product you'd all want and stocked so much extra in preparation. At least you got rubbed .Im happy when i get rubbed.The issue is, it rubs people, like me the wrong way. Discount or not. If you don’t have it in stock, say so or list it as back order-able. I was told it should ship quickly. I have an Email and called. As stated already, it’s poor form.
I’m in the middle of a build and could have ordered an MPA. Now I may have accessories I can’t use and have to send them back.
419’s site and several others got hit hard to. I’m willing to bet 419 is a smaller operation. They shipped my order on Black Friday had it soon after. That is delivering on a promise. Items on hand and ready to ship.
I've never understood people's endgame for making threads like this. Took me all of 20 seconds to find their customer service phone number on the MDT website. I'll be honest with you, I have a hard time siding with a poster complaint, no matter how valid, when they can't find a phone number clearly listed on the bottom of a website Help Center page.
Also more perplexing is why someone is surprised this happened for this order despite having the same thing happen last year and getting upset. If you want something in hand right away great, order during the 10 other months of the year from them or dealers. If you want a ridiculous deal, like thousands of other people apparently do, order on Black Friday and expect to wait a few weeks.
The truck left around 8 AM from our head office and is in queue to be cleared. Our shipping team in the US is revved up and ready to go. I hear they are buying RedBull in mass quantities and loading up on these meat pies from this little place up the road. They are ready to go and will be putting in all the hours to get as much as they can done.In retrospect, I knew about the border issues and assumed the shipment crossed and they were working through those orders. @MDT_OFFICIAL if you could jump on and let us know that the truck has arrived tomorrow and shipping has started a lot of us will be overjoyed at the live update.
Thanks for giving us the update. Not sure many companies outside this community gives this kind of attention.
