anyone know if the LR308 grip is a standard AR15 grip?? reason I ask ,I found a fear nice wood grip made in Germany by Karl Nill, called and asked about fit ,all they knew was there grip would fit a standard AR15...this is a prepay ,made to order deal and quite pricey...I have seen where there are some grips that do not fit AR308...Any help ?????

Actually there is a slight difference in the rear part of the lower behind where the grip screws in. Basically if the grip has an upper piece that extends to the lower then there may be a space there as the 308 lowers are different then 223.
