I'm swapping out triggers in a Sig P320 FCU and it needs loctite 242 on the two adjustment screws. Cure time is 24 hours, however heat can be applied to reduce cure time. At 150 degrees(F) cure time would be ~3 hours.

Would I possibly run into any issues heating the FCU? 150(F) would seem too low to affect temper or heat treatment, I'd imagine.

You can speed up cure time---but, you do you with a 320-AND adding 2 screws and thread locker to that mechanical mess.
You may have an innocent question or are baiting since it's a 320
Nah lol it's an innocent question and I just don't know shit about metals. Suppose I'm more-so thinking about the small springs as opposed to larger components like the trigger bar or FCU itself.

The P320 is just a range toy, I don't carry it or use it for any form of defense, it's never holstered or loaded outside of the range. Aside from the OOB detonations I'm not too worried about it. That said, I'm still considering replacing it, just can't decide on what with.

Trigger is an ArmoryCraft dual-adjustable.
