I wanted to relate a good customer service experience with this company. I wrote asking how to polish out scratches I had gotten during the last year.

Their reply:
Good Afternoon Paul,
Thank you kindly for your email. I am sorry to hear that your ICE lens has scratched. Please send them into us for warranty. I will provide the address below. All that we ask is that you pop a note in with the lens stating your issue as well as contact information for yourself such as a phone number and you shipping address.

Got a great deal on the ICE 2x with Tony's discount. Dark lenses are for driving and shooting and I'm using the clears in my machining class.

Buy with confidence and be patient with the earpieces; once you get em where you want em they don't move.
