The next chapter in the false DUI arrest for profit scandal. Even though TN pulled the incentives for DUI arrests this guy has kept at it - his eighth arrest of a sober person for DUI. He said in his statement that being completely innocent is no defense against arrest .
This guy is a hustler and he’s going places I see a command post in his future.

Well the rest of the Uniform Hangers that haven't gotten rid of this piece of human trash have only themselves to blame for the public seriously hating all the Uniform Hangers and bandits with badges.

The citizen may be out thousands of dollars and a wrongful arrest and maybe at best they could get their fellow tax payers to chip in some.

I mean it made some sense when they were getting paid days off or target gift card or free pizza to make more DUI arrests, but the governor of TN canceled that program back in March- because of public outrage. So what the fuck is this dick head doing ?

I was only half kidding with his quote above - what he actually said is that he assumes everyone he pulls over is drunk and or high because that’s what his POST training taught him .
