This is my new baby. Sorry for the delay in posting to the sponsors. A huge thanks to Rod, John and all the guys who help out every year on the mountain. Thanks to FN, US Optics, Badger Ordanance, and Mountain Shooters Slings for the donations and the complete rifle I won. This thing is a HAMMER, all you guys shooting in Oct are in for a treat.

Congrats on your new rifle. Jon posted the previous post. Im not dimishing your enthusiasm but Jon is a buddy and he is tight fisted with his wifes money. I was ribbing him a little.

Tom,

Thanks for posting your new rifle. I am glad that you are pleased with it. I hope it serves you well for years to come. I hope to see you again at ASC sometime in the future or on another range.

To all coming to the Columbus Day Weekend Shoot (Week 2): I am looking forward to meeting and shooting with all of you. I enjoy it as much as you guys do (and get paid to do it).

WE LEAVE IN 3 days for the 2nd weekend!!! Can not wait. I have been counting the days since April, when the first match was.

This is the kick ass ultimate field shoot. Can not wait. We (Chris and I) are taking an extra day to actually hang out and enjoy the weekend also.

Look forward to meeting you, Mr. Voss, FNH's and your genersosity is staggering, not to mention Corbon, USO, Badger, Mountain, the list goes on and on who make this truly unique experiance possible.

Did I mention I can not wait?

On top of shooting the match SPR-A5, shooters in the second match will be shooting a SCAR-16 in one of the stages. Also, I will have with me a Mk16S (military version of SCAR-16S) for all to demo on full auto (you may have already heard from the first weekend shooters about this "side event"). For those who requested to see the rest of the "three-gun" line, I will have an SLP MkI, FNX-9 and an FNP-45 Tactical to test fire.

I am excited, too. Rod and John deserve the props for pulling all of this together. I am just glad FNH got asked to provide the rifles. See you all Friday evening!

John and I painted/reset the targets on the mountain last weekend.... It is frickin' beautiful here with the leaves changing. The weather forecast is awesome! Match 2 shooters are in for a treat from Ma' nature and FN/USO/CORBON. Loved the rig, and the SCAR kicks butt as well! Looking forward to seeing all of you Saturday morning.
