Hunting & Fishing First deer with a front loader

Took my first deer with a muzzle loader Saturday afternoon. Smoke, fire....lots of fun.

Rifle is a TC Omega 50 cal with 45 cal sabot bullets....The bullet was up aginst the skin on the exit side and was recovered....I'll post pics of the bullet later.

Took him in MS....it rained about 2 inches the night before and then was cloudy, cold and windy all say Saturday...no complaints though LOL

It is much more fun when that front loader ignites with the use of a piece of flint, and the sights are open.

Bullet pics for them that find these things ineresting. 250 grain TC Shockwave in front of two pellets (100 grains) of 777 -- not sure of the velocity, but safe to say it is not fast

. Weight of the used round was 221 grains.
