Suppressors First Suppessor

Just got my first suppressor in today at my dealers,got to fire it,it is very quiet,every thing that they said it would be.It is built totally out of Titanium,with a nice grey finish to it.A bit large for a dedicated 22lr can,but the noise reduction more than makes up for the size.With Mini-mags in a 10-22,it is like a pellet gun,on a bolt action with sub-sonic ammo,it is like spitting a sunflower seed.

It is a pretty big can at 8" long,I never did measure the diameter,but is around 1.25",has flats machined into it so the user can take it apart for cleaning,now for the 8-9 week wait,can't wait to get in in the field

8-9 weeks may be a bit optimistic, but here's to crossed fingers.

Dealer says it was 5-6 months a year ago,but if the paperwork is GTG it is taking 8-9 weeks these days

I expected at least 4 months wait,not in that big of a hurry,it takes what it takes

What brand/model?

Approval times vary.

You have the bug now, once you start it's hard to stop, enjoy it, they are allot of fun.

Sandrat,

I got my 30 cal in recently, the wait was nearly exactly 3 months starting back in late August. Used my trust.
