I want to give credit where credit is due to Fix It Sticks. Last week I realized that I had an issue with my All In One tool when I realized it wouldn't indicate beyond 55 in/lbs. I sent an email on Monday and they responded the same day that they were sending a new unit to me with a packing slip to return the old one. I received the tracking info on Wednesday, got the new unit on Sunday, and the old one is heading back today, honestly I couldn't have expected more given the circumstances. Now, before someone says I should've bought "x torque wrench because...", I have and use a Borka Tools torque driver and a FAT Wrench so I feel I have my bases sufficiently covered as need be. It is reassuring to know however that Fix It Sticks' commitment to customer service appears to be exemplary.

While I was waiting for the new AIO to come in I also picked up one of their Remington 700 bolt tools so that I can retire my old plastic Remington branded bolt disassembly tool from way back in the day. I've used it a couple times and it works extremely well and let's me ease the cocking piece forward and then pull it back again later unlike the old tool. At $20 and I can use it with any common bit driver, that's not bad compared to a Kleinendorst tool.
