Sorry for the heading, I didn't exactly know what to write. I am active duty and due to transfer in a couple months. I am wondering what happens if my form 4 doesn't come back before I PCS? I would not be able to take possession of the suppressor because I would not be here, could it be transferred and I take possession at my next station? (Both states are suppressor friendly) Would this cause me to go through another ATF form 3 transfer and form 4 approval? Thanks for any info.
