Suppressors Form 4/Trust

Well I just submitted my forms and check today,

Will be interested with the new proposed changes if they process my form 4 or if it gets kicked back needing additional information.

9/3/2013 - Form 4, Trust, and Check mailed.


Plan on keeping this thread running with updates as I have them.

Evidently the ATF is considering dropping CLEO sign off for NFA items.

It looks as if they haven't sorted out all the Trust issues at this point. Time will tell the full story.

That's a thread with current wait times. Many of us our curious as if a current form 4/trust dated after Aug 30th will be processed the same or under new rules.

Yea those are making me nervous. I'm hoping I fall under the current rules. My trust paper work was notarized on Aug 27th and arrived today 9/3/2013

Ill be very interested to see if it goes through or if I need to add more whether it's a CLEO or fingerprints.

Yeah tex, a HUGE wave of forms submitted in the past 2 weeks have been noted
And discussed around on various NFA forums. The prominent can Makers are saying it
Was more sales in 1 week than a few months. Lots are trying to put Stuff into their trusts ASAP

This Monday is the beginning of the 90 discussion period. If they pull this off, one has to ask
If they're going retro on all these forms coming in...ie...kick em back for photos, prints, and sign offs.
What a stinking train wreck.
