FOUND!: LPVO in the $400-550 range

I have a buddy building his first AR and he's decided he wants a LPVO for it.

I'm thinking 1-6x PST, Burris XTR 1.5-8, or similar.

not really picky on MOA v Mil he doesn't know either at the moment so whatever he gets he'll learn on. just for plinking and occasional short range deer hunting with a .300 blk.

I'm trying to keep him below $550 and a mount included if possible.
