Gunsmithing Freebore and Case Taper question

I'm currently making some changes to a reamer print for a 7mm-300 Norma Mag Improved. I'm planning to run the 195 Berger once the gun is finished and hopefully push it around 3200 fps. Any thoughts on freebore for this bullet? Also, with regards to the case taper, would there be feeding issues with decreasing it to around .010" or so? Thanks for your input.

I have a roughing and finishing reamer that does exactly this as your wanting I will sell you. With matching Redding dies and go gauge.
